Need help with an mp3 player

I got this mp3 player I think its from like 06 or so. It was never used. When I went to install the firmware from the disk it just has for win98 and I have winxp and vitsa. Here is all the information I can find on it. HELP ME PLEASE!

When I go to the start and go to where the app is and click on it. It dont bring up the firmware app. It brings up a screen saying Sigmatel MSCNMMC firmware download and under it.. Current firmware version has nothing... then it has upgrade frimware version 7265.6520.7072.....then show details when I click on that it says...
