Intenso Video Voyager help needed

Hello everyone

I recently acquired an Intenso MP3/MP4 Player "Video Voyager" 4GB and i am having a lot of trouble with it. I cant even charge its battery or turn it on.

Every time that i connect it with the USB cable to my computer, my computer says it needs drivers for it, the problem is that in www.intenso.de there are no drivers for the VideoVoyager player, now i have heard that the chip is a Rockchip but i am not sure, and i haven o way of finding out because i cant open it and i cant turn it on to see the version or something like that. Anyway, i dont know what Rockchip version it is, and thats why i also dont know what firmware to download.

My Computer runs Windows Vista.

EDIT: At the back of the player it says: 4GB EM793RAC9102989, i dont know if that helps... i cant open it so i cant look at the chip
