HELP!!!How to use the CD that comes with my player.
 

Hello everyone!!!Im trying to recover my dead player.I searched for a firmware here but never find any.I had found a shaped cd on the bottom of my players case.I opened it and got this files inside the cd.

I dont seem to find any firmware here for my player.Can you help me what to do with this files?Are these files solutions to my dead player?

Folder 1 - That's just the converter software so no firmware there

Folder 2 - That also looks like the converter software as well.

Firmware files are in either .bin (Actions), .fw (Actions), .rfw (Rockchip) and there are the Sunplug ones but I can't remember the extensions on those at the moment. But look at what you have shown, none of those are firmware files.

Is there something wrong with your player?

Thanks a lot admin.At last i really heard from you.Sad to hear there is no firmware on my cd :cry: Anyway, yes i have a problem with my player.It is dead now after loading songs and playing them it shows an hour glass with blue screen.I am able to make it recognize by my computer using the recovery guide and tried downloading firmware(the closest) but all i got is a white screen.I am always checking on new firmware but none worked for me :cry:
