Default How do i backup firmware for v9.1.52


i have this chipod player.. it does not seem to be working properly.. sometimes the computer does not recognize it and displays and error message.. it says that the device has malfunctioned,etc...

i think i overcharged the thing...

any help?

use a program called "s1fwx"

i backed up my firmware .. my mp4 player is dead :? .. and i have firmware and dont know how to restore .. my mp4 is not reconized anymore as an usb device

nobudy is helping me
