touch screen on mp4 player not responding and can't reset
 

my RK260X rockchip 4gb player touch screen will not respond, I cant reset using the reset button and cannot access anything in the player.

I deleted all files on the device. Did I delete something necessary? rock chip rk menu cannot find the file anywhere in the player and I cannot put it into usb update mode as I dont have any drivers for it Please Please Please help me....Thanks in advance.
