Error connecting to Rockchip MP4

That is my player i need help i have it plugged into my pc it shows the 2 removable disk drives on my pc one for the players hard drive and one for the players SD card, when i try to add connect to the player i get a error



I tried to format my player and i get this.



Any idea what i should do my player shows its 0/1928 MB full so i think im missing drivers anyone who can help me get these drivers or fix the problem would be greatly appreciated.
