Packardbell Pulse please help

Hi.I have a Pulse Mp3 player.When I İnstalling Firmware My pc blocked.Later I restarted pc.But Firmwire cancelled so I connected mp3 player usb device driver don't find And Update firmwire program isn't run.
Mp3 player isn't running.
Please help me......
