I had a problem with my creative zen stone .After bought it 2 days later I have dropped it and it didn't work.
ıt had been dropped only 1 metres

There is no doubt that there's a hardware problem.
It is very hard to repair by yourself.

I agree. It seems to be a hardware problem from the drop. Is the whole player not working?

If you can, I would suggest taking it back to the store you bought it from and see if they can do anything for you since you've only had it for two days.
