have a nano 4 gen clone, how do i get songs to shuffle?

While playing enter menu and choose Random Play option.

Try choosing "Repeat".

Under there, you should have the "Random" option.

Let us know if that works or not.

you only get random, not shuffle, so you will get strings of tracks repeating, not like real shuffle where tracks don't repeat.

I set it up replay times to 2, replay gap to 8.
