I have this mp4 Blueberry EXIT BC 8 GB player

I need some help about firmware upgrade and proper conveter (wich one to use)??

You have a Rockchip 27xx series player, make a backup of your firmware first!

use viDrop to convert your videos, you will find most should play without conversion, but not all videos.

When i insert subtitle using ViDrop....is it possible when you use "keep aspect" or "add borders" for resize method to put subtitle under the video ???
