Computer doesn't recognize mp4 so can't put songs on it
 

Hi there, I´ve got a problem with my zipy Koala mp4, If I plugin my mp4 to my computer recharges the battery but my computer doesn't recognize the mp4 and I can´t put songs

Someone can help me? :D

First thing I would try is a DIFFERENT USB CABLE. It has been known that a lot of these players come with faulty USB cables where it would charge the player but your computer will not detect it.

Try a different USB cable and see if that helps solve your problem.

i got a nano clone with some pins inside messed up. open it and check the connector pins if a new cable doesn't work.
