Default My player keeps rebooting it self, frequently and randomly

Hi!
I've got a Mp4-player (S1mp3, Wilson Co Ltd, 9.0.50) which started malfunction today. First It would just reboot so I couldn't do anything. Pretty hard to format the player when it's up and running for about 2 sec before rebooting.
So I looked for some answers what I could do, and now I have shortcircuit it, found a working Firmware, put that in and after that I put my backup-firmware of the original back on to the player.

So I thougt, well that worked fine! now it doesn't reboot itself all the time.
But my joy didn't last for long. After I unplugged it from the PC I could use it for about 1-2min then it reboot itself.
So now I'm stuck with the problem that it reboot itself randomly, but only when it's not connected to a PC. For example when I'm in the menu, or playing a song.
I have tried formatting it in different ways.
I've also solded the connections for the battary.
Any suggestions how to solve this?

Regards
Fredrik

Charge the battery more.

Maybe try a different USB cable to charge it as well to see if that helps.

I have charged the battery through the USB-slot and through a adapter for using the standard 230V socket.
The player isn't low on battery.

What about try a different USB to see if you can FORMAT your player? Also, see if you can run a CHECKDISK on your player's drive to see if that helps. I think there maybe a corruption in your player's memory chip which may be causing it to reboot. Either that or it has been hacked.

I have Formated the player in different usb-slots and in different ways. And I've also done the Checkdisk.
I will try to isolate the player as suggested on the link provided by lolita.

Well, not much to isolate in the player. But I did my best to isolate plugs, screws and what else I could think of. Unfortunately the player acts like before, so no luck there.

I think I'll give up the hope for the player and throw it away. Better off with a new one :P
