Default car plugin mp4 player 2gb 1.8" w/ fm transmitter

i have been searching for the tool and firmware for this crap but couldn't find anything. The board ID is MP3 8353 V2.1 PCB 2008-10-21. There is no model number or the specification of the product. it says ''car mp4' on the screen. i used it for 2 months on a chinese language setup and one day it just stopped showing whatever it showed before, now there are only 4 options(music, movie, photo and setup) without playing anything. Please help me fix this shi****

is there supposed to be a cpu? on the back of the board i see a little chip on which it says "agcel" and the rest of it i couldn't even read. the letters are too fine. i know there is a nand flash memory chip somewhere on the board. the chip is covered with a piece of metal. I couldn't open it. can you tell me what to download or use for the board id "mp3 8353v2.1-pcb"? i would tremendously appreciate it.

You have this:
http://www.semico.com.cn/ProductShow.asp?ArticleID=159

Seeing as their VID is not even registered by USB-IF, and all the information looks fake (123345677?), I doubt you'll get much if any support for your device.

Datasheet here:

GoldPy? Looking at their product descriptions it seems they copied Actions devices...

Product Readme
XY8106-RISC-51+DSP-Based Audio Platform
General Description
XY8106 is a highly integrated single-chip digital audio system. It is built in a variety of popular audio codec, which includes mp3 decoder, WMA decoder, IMA ADPCM encoder, IMA ADPCM decoder, JPEG decoder, and Motion JPEG. A high performance DSP is in charge of the decoding and encoding, and a USB2.0-device interface is responsible for transferring audio and/or voice data between XY8106 and any USB host. XY8106 also includes interfaces for NAND flash, SD/MMC, SPI, LED/LCD, push button, headphone, microphone, and FM radio.
Besides used in a portable audio player, XY8106 can also be used in the USB mass storage, which is capable of connecting with personal computers. XY8106’s high power DC-DC converter with excellent conversing efficiency can extensively prolong the long battery life. The built-in Sigma-Delta DAC includes a headphone driver to drive directly low impedance headphones. XY8106 is a true “all-in-one” solution which is suitable for highly optimized digital audio plays with a mass storage.

RISC-51? That would put it in the same class as the other 8051-based SoCs we know of (ALi M566x/M7101, Nexia/ECT NX585x/SkylarkA/SkylarkII)

But the datasheet wording is definitely Actions-inspired, here is the intro on the 209X datasheet:

...also, the clock speed (24MHz to 60MHz) is around the same as for the Actions SoCs.
