Rockchip mp4 Very slow transfer

Hi i'm new here and not a bit technical so i'll describe the problem as best i can
I bought 2 mp4 playes from e-bay different sellers both in hong kong.
with 1 i got a mini disc with a avi converter programme. this works on both.
i set up the converter and start to transfer a movie and it can take 3-5 hours before the transfer is complete, and the computer isn't doing anything else at the same time so that shouldn't be slowing it down.

I'm not good at downloading & trying other stuff but if anyone can help with step by step instructions i'll have a go. thanks

Look for the button that looks like this on the download page:- http://mympxplayer.org/templates/fis...a_download.gif

btw convert you videos on the computer first, and then copy over to the player.

Have a look at this site here: http://www.everythingusb.com/usb2/faq.htm. It explains the different USB versions.

So basically you have USB 1.1 which is at a much slower speed than USB 2.0.

Unforutnately some players can still have USB 1.1, mainly because the manufacturer probably gets it cheaper than USB 2.0 and that may be why the use that instead of USB 2.0. It's painfully slow that's for sure.

There is a possibility that changing the USB cable might help so I would suggest that. If not, then unfortunately you're stuck with USB 1.1 which has a slower transfer rate.

Hope that helps.
