Help: my computer is not recognizing my mp4 player anymore
 

Hi, I bought a cheap Yahee mp4 player model: YHM-MP169C4,
the first time I connect it with a USB cable to my computer I had no problem at all, I transfer music to it and was able to listen to it with no problems,
I disconnect it the cable using the ''safely remove hardware option'',
from that time on my computer has not been recognizing my mp4 player,
if I connect it with the mp4 player off a message says:USB device not recognized, I go to My Computer and is not there, I then turn the mp4player on and the message goes away but nothing happens, I go to my computer and it doesn't appear there either, the mp4player only shows that is recharging the battery but I know that the battery being low is not the problem. I then try the installation disk and it says: ''wrong OS or OS version for application'' and when trying to install the driver from the disk it says:''Load library failed.The specified module could not be found''

I'm just confused why it worked perfectly the first time.I want to make clear that I can use the mp4 player to listen to the songs I have in there already but I wanted to transfer more to it from my computer but is not being recognized anymore, can someone help me with this?

Try to connect the mp3 a player in another USB port =) behind the system block it is desirable

Thanks for the advice but I've already tried the four USB ports in my laptop and still the same thing.

1)please try connect your mp4 player to another computer
2)try connect another usb devise to your pc (if it works throw the link As you mp4 player looks=)
And under more information on it.please :)

I connect it to my friend's laptop and it did not work, then we tried a different usb cable and still didn't work.
I connect it my cel. and digital camera to my laptop and they work with no problem.
