Default How to extract the firmware of this MP4 Player?

I've recently bought a MP4 Player, model MF-MS5 (2GB), by Powerpack, FM version 9.5.54

Click the image to open in full size.

And I would like to know what tool that enables me to extract the firmware (for backup and modding) and what tool enables me to modify it. If there is some another firmware I could install on it, plz lemme know.

Specifications:
MP4 - MF-MS 5

s1res 4.0

Don't try any other firmware, it will likely make your device unusable.

Hmm, I downloaded s1res 4.1, so, I select the Access method to GIVEIO(v9-compatible), choose the letter drive of my MP4 and when it tries to read the firmware, it just gives me an error "the limit time of semaphore ended".

What should I do?

That is a USB problem. Try another computer.
