Teclast C260 usb problems

Hello. I am having problems with my Teclast C260 MP4. ( The problem is that when I connect it to my computer, it starts to charge the battery, and nothing else. I can't transfer files or anything since it wont show up. The mp3 is totally un-useful without any music or files so, please help me!

Try connecting USB to the player while power button is pressed

Well, I did that and the thing that happens is that the mp4 shows a screen with a computer and a cable not connected to anything. But my computer doesn't recognise anything or show anything. It might help that my mp4 still charges through the computer.
