8 gb Mp4 dead shown blue screen and egg timer
 

i bought 8 gb 1.8'TFT MP3 MP4 VIDEO FM RADIO RMVB

now its shows blue screen and egg timer even it won"t turn off and computer wont search storage device first i format with mp3 utility tools but after that it start showing blue screen and with hour glass and now windows not finding any device "no device detected" as usb etc plz help me thanks

Open it up, post CPU and board ID. The display's part number would also be very useful.

You have a common-looking "glacier"-style player.

hello thanks i downloaded but how to install it ?i have utility tools but its show device not detected also it wont turn off etc plz help me also with s1fwx tools it shows

Use MP3 Player Utility.

yes i am using MP3 Player Utility i tried many verson and now its MP3 Player 4.00 its shows "device not detected" i am really upset it always shows blue screen and egg timer even i connect to pc by data cable
