need driver help for my PMP

I have a sony PMP and i wanted to upgrade its firmware so i got firmware pro but i cannot seem to install the driver because when i connect my mp4 it doesnt ask for a driver nd opens as a mass storage device . How do i install the usbdriver_3050 ?

I have trouble installing the AP 3050 USB driver for my PMP slide
when i connect it , it opens as mass storage device and doesnt ask for driver . I have tried to update the driver from specific file from device manager but still it is no use. Please help
