Need help with player memory
I just got a 4gb 2.8" touchscreen mp4, when i loaded some vids and pics on it they didnt work and even the vids that came with it stopped working, tried again and some of the vids worked some said format error ,some of the pics worked some were corrupted, i reformatted it and then did the check disk on my computer to remove and repair bad sectors, after that finished i noticed a new folder on the drive titled found 0001 i opened it and deleted a lot of files in it, some of them my computer wouldnt let me remove, i figured these files were the bad sectors and needed to be removed,but now when i plug my player into my computer i see the E drive but when i try to open it it takes a really long time then finally says drive unavailable. ive tried it on both of my computers same problem,can anyone help? Thanx.
