this soft can't read the file, i tried another soft that change the boot and end logo and couldn't opent it too. i invite you to download and try it.

Unfortunately while s1res is good, it can't delete 100% of all the firmware out there. Just due to the vast variation of the firmware available and as the developer is not associated with the Actions chipset manufacturer, its hard for him to find every possible Actions firmware to make it can read it. Let me search around because I think there is another tool that can do it as well. Will post here once I find it.

That is because the firmware is encrypted. If you can find a version of MP3 Player Utility that can load it, then I can decrypt --- this is a very new version that the old decryptor can't handle..

i ask me, action chip manufacturer has the tools to make change in the Fw why do we find this tools in the web???? or why they don't help us.

Has anyone successfully used a this 2025 to restore their player? My fake gen 3 Ipod clone works except that when I go into video mode it resets. Haven't been able to figure out how to do a hard reset on this device
