Strange problem with Rockchip Mp4... help requested please...
 

First at all, hello to everybody in the forum, i´m new :smile:
Well, the problem is the next: I have brought an based rockchip mp4 (when starts labels "chic-pro") touch screen, like an iphone and 4 Gb memory.
Everything fine in the first 11 months...
But, nothing last forever, recently, the players has begun to fail...
When turn on, a few second later and without any touch, it starts to "make things" by itself, enter to several options in the mp4, plays video, music, stops, play again, shows a scrren requesting a firmware to update and to connect to usb port... all this things without my finger involved :p

So, that´s the problem, I need someone to tell me:
1- How to know the exact model of based rockchip I have.
2- How to change the firmware if mine is corrupted or something...
