Default My player battery only lasts one hour


hello i have this mp4 player with this firmware

i have 2 problem:

1- i charge the battery for 6 hours , i use the mp4 for 1 hour about and close , because the battery is low
2- i can't download this firmware with s1fwx


anyone have an idea?

1. Open it up and read the capacity of the battery --- it might be low, or you might just have a bad one.

2. Use s1res v4.1. It should work on 9.1.x firmware.

Have you also tried charging it by plugging it into the wall instead?

I wonder if it's a problem with the USB cable or USB connection on your player and it's not charging it properly.

There's no way your MP4 player is drawing 380ma, which it would have to for a full 380mAh battery to last only an hour, unless the display backlight is taking a huge amount (the controller draws around 25-30mA, i.e. a 10-hour runtime on it alone). Try setting the display to turn off with inactivity and see what times you get.
