I got a mp4 on ebay, from seller showhat( is not in the black" list)), is an nano clone, it was supposed to be 16 GB. I am having some troubles with the memory( it mixes the folders,can´t navigate trough the foldres etc). Should I assume that it is hacked.? Are all chinese players hacked??

Another question. can download a firmware, wich allow me to do some playlist , and navigate during music play??

no, not all chinese players are hacked at all, you have fallen into the ebay, fake nano trap as many do, china actually have a bigger range of domestic branded players that are all pukka and there are also many unbranded that are fine, but ebay + nano clone = con (generally, they are playing on the fact that ipods are popular and now come in 16GB and hook people in with cheap prices and BOOM

no, there is no firmware to download for the functions you want, what you have there is all you will get, these players are not supported in anyway, no updates or fixes will be found - sorry but open a dispute after first following the procedures to fix the fake memory BUT take screen shots before and after as evidence

get in touch with the seller and see what they offer, dont take a small refund back, dont send the player back without getting FULL refund, if they wont give FULL refund open a disoute

Open it up and read the part# of the NAND flash to determine the true capacity.

There are real 16GB ping guo out there, but they're somewhat rare.
