Help (dv mp4 mp5 player buttons hang problem)

NOW HERES THE PROBLEM I AM FACING WITH THIS DV MP4 MP5

THE PLAYER IS POWERING UP AND CAN CONNECT IN USB MODE AND SHOWS THE STORAGE AND IN SIMPLE MODE SHOWS THE MENU.THE POWER BUTTONS DOES TURN ON THE DEVICE BUT IS NOT ABLE TO TURN IT OFF.AND RESET BUTTON WORKS AND HOLD SWITCH IS ALSO WORKING FINE.BUT THE BUTTON A,B,M,OK,LEFT,RIGHT,UP,DOWN DOES NOT WORK.BY PRESSING THESE BUTTONS THE DEVICE TURNS ON FROM STANDBYMODE BUT THE MENU DOES NOT MOVE AND.ALTHOUGH THE SYSTEM IS NOT HANG IT SHOWS TIME AND MYMUSIC ICON KEEP ON ANIMATING BUT BUTTONS WONT MOVE THROUGH THE MENU ITEMS.
PLEASE HELP ME IN SORTING OUT THE PROBLEM ANYONE FACING THE SAME PROBLEM PLEASE SHARE WITHUS

no i am not in hold mode indeed the hold mode button was working fine for me but i have flashed it with wrong firmware so now the screen has become white but i can hear sounds by pressing buttons which means my buttons were ok (problem was in firmware)now i need exact firmware for this model.

There's a ZX-8016R firmware on mydigit.cn but I can't download it. Maybe you'll be able to figure out how.
