Rizone not Charging.
 

I've been trying to charge my Rizone player recently, and it wont do it, I'm not sure why, evenf though it -says- its charging, it never does.

Are you charging it using the USB cable or through the wall charger? I would suggest try both just to be sure. It could be a faulty USB cable or the connectors on your player that's not charging it properly.

why are there suddenly so many rizone player suddenly appearing on the forums all with problems - very odd and maybe some form of BEWARE announcement needs making as there seems to be many users with problems on these players

Maybe because it's new on the market?

The "USB Charge" option doesn't seem to work.

The best way to get the device to charge is by:
1.Turn off both "Power Saving" settings
2 .Power switch off
3. Plug in the USB cable
4. Select the "Power & Play" option at the start up screen
5. Leave it on to charge
The display will go off and because you aren't playing anything the battery will charge. :D

reason there are lots of posts on RIZONE 32gb player, because they are hacked 4gb players, most of which dont last more than 3hrs,- 5 days, <personally experience. first 1 lasted 5 days before it went completely dead, replacement 3 hrs before the dreaded HELLO screen and no way of unlocking it.

Mine lasted 20 minutes, then the dreaded hello screen

After 19 days of nothing but HELLO, i've thrown my £25 mp4 player in the bin. I tried going through ebay and paypal to get my money back but both said contact seller, seller no longer wants to talk after i told him that his name was posted on here.
