"File does not exist" error

I recently bought a mp4 player like this from eBay 32GB 2.8 LCD Touch Web 2.0M Camera MP3 MP4 Video Player - eBay (item 110412630964 end time Jul-11-09 13:57:55 PDT)

Kind of looks a lot like an I Pod touch. But the problem I'm having is when I load a certain amount of videos files on the player, some of the files will work, and the other ones I get this error message on the screen "file does not exist" which doesn't make any sense because the file is obviously on there. I'm not sure if this is the cause or not but it's worth mentioning that I I followed the directions from this link here http://mympxplayer.org/image-vp55331.html using Vidrop. It works fine for some files, not so well for others.

Any ideas why this is happening and how I can fix it?

I noticed your player is "32GB" and it was bought from eBay, so there's quite a high chance that you have a HACKED PLAYER.

This is where the player has been hacked to show more memory than physically installed and as a result, when you try to use that hacked proportion of the memory, you will get those "file does not exist" error messages.

Follow the procedure here to try to remove the memory hack --> http://mympx.org/forum/support-how/35010-how-removing-memory-hack.html.

Thanks for your help so far. I followed the directions, but when I try to open the Mp3 player disk tool, an this error message that pops up twice

Then it finally opens but when I get to step 2 Partition and encrypt, I can't slide the partition slider because that option is not available

Should I just continue with the formating process anyway?
