What kind of software are you looking for?
Can you give us more details of your player? Where you bought it from, URL etc...?

You can see what model it is but it's СN-MP3OG not СN-MP3SOG.
And i've lost CD you get when you buy player and i don't have firmware.
MP3 player won't start,it has to be rapaired to advice from web site.
