My MP4 can't connect to PC, not getting detected in my PC

Hi,

plz help
i buy a china mp4 yesterday all the features are working but when i try to connect it with my pc then i cannot connect it there is no detection in my pc
i alread tried with another cable of my friend and on my friend pc also
but it doesnt work
can u plz give me the solution
