Windows can't recognize the usb device

My sister got this player: Yfrog - chineseipodpurple (one of those chinese ipods)

from the flea market and when she plugs it in the usb it says windows can't recognize the usb device. Is there a driver or something that we can d/l to make it work?

Are you using Windows 2000 or higher?
What you can try is a different USB cable to see if that helps.
