Mp3 player disk tool help

Does anyone has this player ( 32GB 2.8 LCD Touch Web 2.0M Camera MP3 MP4 Video Player - eBay (item 130320010215 end time Jul-21-09 15:49:56 PDT) or similar in size?

If so has anyone gotten this to work with Mp3 player disk tool, because the tool refuses to reformat my player so I can get the actual, not hacked size of memory? Every time, I push the start button, an error pops up that says "Not supporting this type disk".

MP3 Player Disk Tool doesn't work on your player as the tool only works on ACTION chipsets while your player is a Rockchip based player.
