Can't connect through USB to computer
 

I am a pensionare and my name is Shlomo, I received an though ipod ,MP3-4? without any papers, memory card or wires and the only thing I got is the possibility to connect it to USB and earphones,but when I connected it to USB nothing happenend than the display USB CONNECTING! How can I download music or anything? Do I have to download a program or something.

I am completely lost as I naver had an MP3 OR 4 before.

Now the only information written on the back of this ipod is :
4 Play------- //TIP3//TIP4
RAN--Tested To ComplyWith FCC Standards-- FOR HOME OR OFFICE USE

It Revealed information on opening: PHM 808 V1.1
Anyka AK36XX
spring MLC V3.0.3

Sorry, only just saw your post. It was posted in the wrong section ("Reviews" instead) so I have moved it now to the correct section so hopefully more people can help you.

What I suggest is trying a DIFFERENT USB cable for starters. That's the quickest solution.
Failing that, does everything else work ok with your player and the only problem is it doesn't connect to your computer?
