Looking for Dict File

hi all
i've a 512MB Sunplus Multimedia Disk whicxh is 5.5*3.7 cm in size & has a small display .i bought it about 5 years before .

now i want to use it's dictionary but as i've deleted the files before it says that :no dict file

i want to know that where i can get this file ?

any help is appriciated
