how to restore my pmp player?
 

hey there!
i recently bought an mp5(pmp) player and i started testing it,until one day i turned it on and once it loaded the menu screen i cant manipulate the buttons! the buttons in general are still working,the player doesnt seem stuck or anyhing(the icon menu is still moving around lol!) and when the player turns black and i pressed something the backlight turns on!
so in conclusion i need to restore my player back but since i cant go to the option menu and do it i was wondering if there is some other way to do it..

i dont have much info about my player but i got a manual inside the player saying "actions" so im guessing thats the type of firmware it has..
can anyone tell help me?
