MP4 don't play mp3 files, nothing happens

My MP4 player has no brand. The only info is about the firmware version which is :

MP3 PLAYER
QSB07_44T
2009-03-04
9.1.54
2005-01-09

I insert the MP3 files, and in the display appears the time of files and your type and size, but appears too 000kpbs - in any format. When I press play, nothing happening; the music stay stopped.
I don't know if the video or images are work, but the radio is working.
My player is new, and I received it yesterday... Can someone help me....I am new in here and less experienced...

If the radio works and playing MP3 files don't, then I would say you have a bad block in your player's memory or most likely your player has been HACKED. The radio doesn't use any of your player's memory storage, so it works fine, it's only when you access files on your player's memory (ie: play MP3 players) so I would say it's the memory that's the problem and most likely a hacked player.

Thanks for answer, but I think how the problem is in the equipament; better, the problem is the equipament.
I try use the MP3 Utilities Disc Tool - how I downloaded from this forum -, but the program don't detected the equipament or show it memory capacity in 0 MB.
I contact the seller and he offers change the MP4 since I pay the mail's cost. I hope, therefore, the problem is resolved.
