please help with my mp4 1gb transmitter

Hello everyone i'm new here and i have a problem with my mp4 car FM transmitter

this is a picture.
the problem is he is not detected when i plug the usb the screen turn into usb mode but nothing happen on my computer i'm using win vista i tried with win xp and it's the same problem please someone help me to fix it
when i enter to firmware version i found

It need a new firmware (I dont know wich one?) and how to do it if i it's not detected on my computer

Does your player function normally? I mean to say, does it play music, videos and files fine? Or your player has 'frozen' as well?

Yes it play music but i can't connect it to my computer to add some tracks.
