Audio balance
 

Hi all I'm a new member.
My wife recently got me an MP4 player for my birthday, it is unbranded, 8GB and a copy of an ipod.
Everything works perfectly on it and I have put a load of music and AMV films onto it and they all work. However the audio balance seems out, the music to the left earplug is really quiet. I have tried multiple sets of headphones to see if the problem was that but it persists no matter what I use. There is no setting that I can find to adjust this on the player. Have any of you come across this and is there something I can do to rectify it? The firmware on it is XID_2025 9.5.54
