New firmware nano copy?

Hello, I bought on Ebay my ipod nano 4g copy 8GB, it comes with CBD firmware V 9.5.54 from 2009-04-20

I dont know wich chip it uses so I dont know if there are any other firmwares available because this one doesnt work well. I cant even lock it when playing music :/
