Files copied to my MP4 player is unplayable and corrupted

Hi! I'm new in the enviroment, so I beg your pardon if I'm asking your help in the wrong space. I've bought recently a mp4 player from ebay, but it seems it has a problem with the internal operative system. When I copy folders with mp3 inside, some of them are unplayable both from player and pc. Connect to this, I underlined that all the corrupted files of that kind are copied very fast from pc to player. I've tried to remove errors with Windows' CheckDisk, but it wasn't really useful :(
Please help me! Thank you

Hello,
I also recent bought what I believe is the same player you have below. I had the same problems and had to use checkdisk - I finally found that formatting the MP4 player with FAT32 - helped immensely with the corruption - but I am still unable to play the music. See my post a few lines above yours.
