Default Can't play .MTV videos on my zipy wolfy 8b player


Hello comunity !!


im looking for firmware for my zipy wolfy 8 gb but till now couldnt find it,is there any firmware compatible for my mp3 player?

i dunno wich chip it have inside,after reading other threads i found that i need the mp3 utilities to do the firmware update but cannot find any that match with my model,can someone help me ?

Tried many times to read the mtv videos but till now no success, also downloaded the video samples from the old site and no luck is there any firmware update i can do to have this function ?

Hi freaky,

So the only problem is your player can't play .MTV videos?
Do you have more information about your player you can share? Perhaps it can't play .MTV videos but instead .AMV or .AVI videos instead? It all depends on the chipset used in your player. You can get a better idea by going into "Setup" in your main menu then choosing something like "Firmware Info". Post that information here and it will give us a better idea what chipset your player has.

yes the only problem is with the mtv player,one thing i tought was if was possible to do a firmware update and give the flac option to my player,coz it only reads mp3 files and a flac option was really nice,but maybe this option is included inside the chip7,not inside the player system,am i right ?

i will check the firmware and will place it here, thx !!!!

Binh i just checked the firmware in Sys Info,


it says FW:20.73.75


thats the only info i could get,this is the player please check this link
