How to know the Control ID, Board ID, LCD ID and etc

I want to Upgrade my mp4 player... But I do not know how to start..

I dont know how to find the right firmware for my mp4..

I dont know how to find its control ID, Board ID and etc

Pls help.. Thanx ..

Unfortunately the images are broken, but if you open up your player and post as much information from it, that would be helpful. It would be even better if you post images of it as well.
