how do i upgrade RK27SDK? Thanks

Hello I just got a new mp3 player from ebay and I am wondering how to upgrade the firmware. I cannot find the hidden file when I hook up to my computer. My os is Xubuntu, but I do have an xp computer i can use too. The mp3 player is RK27SDK, version id:2.2, harware id:080722. The player is working for the most part, but the touchscreen is a little iffy and i cannot set the time or date. There is an option to upgrade in the system settings, but I am not sure how to get the upgrade on the mp3 player nor where to find the upgrade file. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!!!

Hey there sounds like we have the same player do you happen to know the song that came with the player i deleted it by mistake and i want it back
