Default Some buttons stop responding on SUNPLUS SLIDE PMP

so i bought one of these slide pmps for the nes roms, but i seem to have a control issues with my player.... when ever i am pushing the left direction the B button stops responding, and when i press the right direction the X button stopped responding..... is it like this across all players or do i have a faulty player? it severely makes playing most game impossible...

If your PMP can't play GameBoy/GBC games, is a problem with the old NES emulator inside. Sorry.
