My RK27SDK wont connect properly PLEASE HELP

Hi,

I have just bought the RK27SDK,
Major version ID : 1.2
Hardware ID: 080422
Local memory size 3.84G (total)

I am having the problem that when i connect it to my desktop it shows a USB and a PC notifying me that it is connected to my PC. Then it quickly goes to a charging icon and there is not recognition of the player connected or being connected :(...

Like i have read in most threads from this site and the previous site MyMPxPlayer.org i thought it may have been the cable itself. So i conneted it to my laptop and straight away with no ifs or buts it connects and recognises, within 30 seconds im able to transfer music.

I then decided to install the driver CD onto my desktop thinking that maybe that might be the problem. I have AVG installed as my anti-virus and its fully updated, when i install the MP3 Playe Utility 3.68 AVG prompts me that a Trojan is trying to activate???

You have my specs and my problem, PLEASE HELP :( im going mad reading threads and i just keep running into dead ends...

Thanks

MP3 Player Utility 3.68 is no use for Rockchip players.
You need to install the rk27usb.sys driver on the other computer. you can download here:- Download

Just install the driver from the application's folder - don't use the repair tool it's for DEAD players only and your player is ok your pc just needs the driver.

If this doesn't work then there is a problem with your pc usb socket - try another - good luck, hope this works.
