[solved] Accidentally reset language to Chinese on Rizone MP4 player
 

Hi, I bought a Rizone 16 GB MP3 MP4 player on ebay, bran new from Hong Kong and it did not come with instructions and I don't know how I did this, but I accidentally reset the language back to Chinese. I tried contacting the seller, but they never replied. This cost me $41.00 that I could have used on something else. Can somebody please help me with this?

See if those help. If you still can't get it back to English, send me some photos of your player's menu. My wife read Chinese so she can help me translate. Or perhaps someone who has this player can also help by looking at their menu options.

If you find main menu (Settings), its 4th one down Languages yuo should see English in there.

Thanks to the help i have been given on this site i now have the answer to the problem of changing the language from chinese to english.

Select [Settings] and select the third symbol from the top.

Did you change it using the instructions mentioned by rowtrak098 in the previous post reply?

I followed the instructions about it being the 4th one down.
