Welcome screen it just freezes with the message "Please wait"
 

Hello!

I recently bought this 16GB 2.8" 1.3M CAMERA Touch Screen MP3 MP4 VIDEO PLAYER. (PMP - slide panel , at least its written like that in user`s manual)

It worked fine a couple of days, then out of nowhere it just stopped working, when it comes to this Welcome screen it just freezes with the message "Please wait", I have tried everything I can, but I even cant connect it to PC.
I found this topic called DEAD PLAYER RECOVERY GUIDE and I guess it is my last hope to fix it.
Can ayone be so kind and help me to find the lastest firware for this player, of course if I ever make to this point when I can update it.

Do you see a small reset button on the side of your player that you can press? My player has one, but though my player is similar to your player, it doesn't have the camera.

yeah, i have tried everything..reset button just turns it off..when i turn it back on, the same problem. Welcome screen freezes..
I tried to use this Dead Player Recovery guide, but it didnt work for me, couldnt connect it to pc.. I guess theres nothin much I can do to make it work :(
