Question New mp4 not compatible/ no working properly

Ok. So I bought a new mp4 player... the new chinese 2009 rockchip touch screen, 16GB... Well, I downloaded the AVI converter, and didn't see anything else I needed to download for it. Connecting it to Vista, it tells me the device needs formatted, but it cannot be formatted. With XP, it tells me to make sure all software/drivers have been downloaded and to make sure the device isn't corrupted. I'm not really needing any info on game downloads or video downloads at this time... I really just want the music on it, but windows media player cannot detect the device in XP and Vista tries to tell me it isnt compatible with this version of rockchip. Please help?!?!?!

Try using a different USB cable instead and see if that helps. It may be a faulty USB cable which is making Windows not pick up your player.

Exclamation Driver Problem 16gig Nano 4th clone

I have an issue with my "OEM MP4 player" 16gig Nano 4th clone as seen in the gallery. I have tried other cables, no luck. Windows xp or vista.
Computer will not recognize what the USB device is. I need a driver. If someone can just send me the driver files i need that may just work.
