Changing settings to English, switches back to Chinese after restart

So, I bought new RK27 Mp4 player, and now I have a problem.

When I'm trying to change the language settings for English, and turn the player off then on, it's like it recovering the settings and switches it back to Chinese. This problem is for all settings, not for language only.

What should I do? :(

Shut the player down by holding down the play button, that way the settings get saved, in fact only use the play button to turn the player on or off and just leave the switch on all the time.

Sorry but, what is it "play button"? I can see only "M", plus and minus. and the switcher, of course.

can you post a photo of your player?

Loathly 1st Oct 2009 11:42 am

I hope it's not a fake. Please tell me that this is the right one.

Thanks for your support, buddy, I won't forget that.

Edit:
Just removed the Memory Hack and found out that my player is 4GB only instead of 32GB! :( Goddammit!

Hi Loathly,

Now that you've removed the Memory Hack, does it resolve the problem with your player not keeping the English language?

Loathly 1st Oct 2009 12:49 pm

I didn't really remove the memory hack, I get an error when using the Mp3 Disk Tool says that it can't find a removal disk although I can see it bymyself and copy things to the disk. But, I checked the capability of this thing and it says only 4GB. So, the problem haven't solved.

I'm in the same boat, tried all the formatting tools and nothing works. I like the player but changing the language and the clock not working is bugging me.
