Unhappy Ipod Style 3rd Gen freezes then turns off and doesn't turn on again

Hi, i recently bought a 8GB Mp4 player

Its firmware is

9.5.54
And
Ak2025 or something like that.


And the problem is that it freezes then turns off and doesn't turn on again after a long time.


This is how it looks like

New 8GB 1.8" TFT MP3 MP4 Player WMA FM Video Game Red - eBay (item 150379032417 end time Oct-12-09 22:13:37 PDT)

Please help.
