Ipod Style 3rd Gen freezes then turns off and doesn't turn on again

Hi, i recently bought a 8GB Mp4 player

Its firmware is

9.5.54
And
Ak2025 or something like that.

And the problem is that it freezes then turns off and doesn't turn on again after a long time.

This is how it looks like

Please help.
